Note:
- After removing the metal package, find and take out the corresponding accessories, tool kit, installation instructions, user manual and other items for safekeeping
- Some fasteners to be assembled have been fixed on ATV. During assembly, it must be removed first and then reassembled.
- Please read the manual carefully before starting ATV for the first time

Steering Knuckle And Steering Rod Assembly

Steering knuckle assembly
The 1 shown in the figure is φ 12 Spring washer ，2 is an M12 slotted nut ，3 is M3 Cotter Pins.
When assembling the steering knuckle, it is necessary to pay attention to the direction of the steering knuckle. Standing and looking down, the brake pump is in front and the steering rod mounting hole is behind
Operation procedure:
- 1.Unscrew the nut and spring washer,And find the split pin in the accompanying accessories
- 2.Insert the lower rocker arm ball joint pin into the lower mounting hole of the steering knuckle and place it in φ 12 spring washers, tighten the M12 slotted nut to the appropriate position, insert the split pin, and bend both ends to prevent it from exiting.
- 3. The installation method of the upper mounting hole is the same as that of the lower mounting hole.
Steering rod installation
1.Attach tie rod front spindle assembly on both sides of ATV.
2.Secure tie rod using φ10 Spring Washers and M10castle nut. Tighten until snug.
3.Insert cotter pin, bend over ends until pin is unable to back.
Front wheel installation

Note: Inflate the tire before assembly. The pressure is between 10PSI-24PSI.
In this way, the assembly of one front wheel is completed, and the other side only needs to repeat these six steps.

Rear wheel installation

In this way, the assembly of one rear wheel is completed. Repeat the five steps on the other side

Handlebar Installation

Installation steps:
1.Use M8 × 60 bolts and M8 lock nuts secure the meter and handle to the steering assembly bracket
2.Protect the thoracic spongy body installation to handlebar clamp bracket, Bind securely with Foam fixed cloth.
Front Bumper Installation

| Installation steps:
1. Install front bumper with 2-M8x20 bolts,2-M8x16 bolts and 2 M8 flange locknut with metal insert in the illustrated location.
2.Using M6 × 16 flange bolts and M6 flange lock nuts secure the plastic front grille to the bumper. |
Rear Carrier Installation

Installation steps: 1. Fix the rear shelf bracket on the car body with M8×20 combined bolts. Be careful not to tighten the bolts first. |
2. Fix the front mounting point of the shelf to the vehicle body with M8 × 20 combination bolts, do not tighten the bolts for now. 3. Fix the rear mounting point of the shelf onto the shelf bracket with M8 × 20 flange bolts, spring washers, and flat washers. 4. Tighten all the bolts. |

Installation steps:
1.Secure handlebar Protectors and Hand protectors mounting support using M8×35 hexagon.As shown below:
2.Secure Hand Protectors using 6×20 self-tapping screw.As shown below:
3.Install Hand Protectors on handlebar using hand protectors clamp bracket M5×25 Hexagon socket bolt and M5 hexagon nut. As shown below:
