Install the front shock absorber

1 Steering rod ball joint, steering rod fixing piece, M12 slotted nut, cotter pin, front shock absorber, M10×45 hexagon flange bolt, front shock absorber upper lug, M10 non-metallic insert hexagon lock nut
1 Installation steps: Align the steering rod ball head (1) with the mounting hole of the steering fixing plate (2) and secure it with an M12 slotted nut (3). Insert the cotter pin (4) into the hole of the steering rod ball joint for fixation. Place the front shock absorber (5) into the front shock absorber upper lug (7). Use an M10×45 hexagon flange bolt (6) and an M10 non-metallic insert hexagon lock nut (8) to pass through the mounting hole of the front shock absorber upper lug (7) and fix the front shock absorber (5) to the frame.

Shock Absorber Installation

1 Installation steps: Place the rear shock absorber (4) into the upper lug (2) of the rear shock absorber. Use the M10×55 hexagonal flange bolt (1) and the M10 non-metallic insert hexagonal flange lock nut (3) to pass through the mounting hole of the upper lug (2) of the rear shock absorber and secure the rear shock absorber (4) to the frame.

Front Wheel Installation

1 Installation steps: Use appropriate tools to lift the entire vehicle chassis. Ensure the vehicle is stable and secure to prevent injury. Install the two front wheels and six rear wheels onto the front wheel flanges and rear wheel flanges respectively, and pre – tighten with the hub nuts. When installing the tires, the valve stems should face outward. Lock the hub nuts in the sequence of ABCD.

Steering Wheel Installation

1 Steering wheel trim cover, M6×12 hexagon socket head cap screw, steering wheel, steering wheel mounting seat, steering wheel
1 Installation steps: Place the steering wheel (3) on the steering wheel mounting seat (4), align the mounting holes, then turn the steering wheel (3) towards the seat and secure it with M6 × 12 bolts (2). Install the steering wheel decorative cover (1) on the steering wheel (3) and turn the tip of the steering wheel trim cover towards the front of the vehicle.

Fuel Tank Installation

1 M6×25 Hexagon flange bolt, φ6×18 large washer, fuel tank, fuel tank bracket, M6 non-metallic insert hex lock nut	2 Fuel tank switch, steel wire elastic hoop, fuel pipe
1 Installation steps: The fuel tank switch (6) should face the rear of the vehicle. Place the φ6×18 large washer (2) on the corresponding mounting hole of the fuel tank (3), then place them on the fuel tank bracket (4) and align with the mounting hole. Fix them to the frame using an M6×25 hexagon flange bolt (1) and an M6 non-metallic insert hexagon lock nut (5). As shown in Figure (6), the fuel pipe (8) is already installed, and the steel wire elastic hoop (7) is used to tighten the fuel pipe.

Install the backrest

Installation steps：

There are two installation holes at the bottom of the backrest. Align them with the two circular tubes at the rear of the seat cushion and gently shake it until it is fully inserted.

Chain Support Installation

Installation steps: Place the chain support on the chain bracket mounting lug, align the installation holes, and secure it to the frame using M8 × 20 hexagon flange bolts and M8 non-metallic insert hexagon lock nuts.

Longmen Frame Installation

Step 1: Install the Longmen frame

1 Installation steps: Place the gantry frame (1) on the front (2) and rear (5) fixed plates of the gantry frame, align it with the installation holes, and fix the gantry frame’s front mounting plate (3) using M8 × 25 hex head bolts, spring washers, and flat washer assemblies (2). Fix the gantry frame’s rear fixed plate (5) and rear mounting plate (6) with M8×25 hexagon flange bolts (7) and M8 non-metallic insert locking nuts (4). Do not tighten yet.

 Step 2: Installation of the Longmen Frame Railing

1 M8×50 hexagon flange bolt, φ8×24 large washer, φ25×8 concave washer, φ32 Longmen frame joint, M8×45 hexagon flange bolt, M8 spherical cap nut, Longmen frame, Longmen frame railing

Installation steps:

• Secure the gantryframe railing (8) at the mounting hole using an M8×45 hexagon flange bolt (5), a φ8×24 large washer (2), a φ25×8 concave washer (3), and an M8 spherical cap nut (6).
• Attach the gantryframe railing (8) to the gantry frame (7) with an M8×50 hexagon flange nut (1), a φ8×24 large washer (2), a φ25×8 concave washer (3), and a φ32 gantry frame joint (4).
• Do not tighten it yet.

Gantry Frame Installation

Step 3. Gantry frame cross brace installation

1 M8×50 Hexagon flange bolt, φ8×24 large washer, φ25×8 concave washer	2 φ28 Longmen frame joint, Longmen frame, Gantry frame cross brace (rear)

Installation steps:

• Fix the rear gantry frame cross brace (6) onto the gantryframe (5) using an M8×50 hexagon flange bolt (1), a φ8×24 large washer (2), a φ25×8 concave washer (3), and a φ28 gantry joint (4). Do not tighten it yet.

 Step 4. Gantry frame overall installation

Installation steps:

• Fix the rear gantry frame cross – brace (6) and the front gantry frame cross – brace (7) to the gantryframe (5) using an M8×50 hexagon flange bolt (1), a φ8×24 large washer (2), a φ25×8 concave washer (3), and a gantry joint (4).
• Tighten all screws.

Empennage Installation

Step 1: Installation of the left tail wing

1 M6 B-type leaf spring nut, M6 non-metallic insert hex flange face lock nut, M6×16 cross recessed large flat head screw, left tail wing, left tail wing mounting hole, installation hole for left tail wing decorative panel

Installation steps:

• First, align the left tail wing (4) with the left tail wing mounting hole (5) and install it onto the frame as shown in Figure (7). Secure it with M6×16 cruciform slotted large flat head screws (3). Two of these screws require nuts: one is an M6B type leaf spring nut (1), and the other is an M6 non – metallic insert hexagon flange face locking nut (6).

Step 2. Left tail wing decorative panel installation

1 ST4.2×13 H-type cross recessed flat head tapping screws, C-type; Left tail wing decorative panel

Installation steps:

• Align the left tail wing decorative panel (2) with the installation hole of the left tail wing and install it onto the left tail wing as shown in Figure (3).
• Use the ST4.2 × 13 H-shaped cross – groove flat round – head self – tapping screw C – type (1) to fix it to the left tail wing.

Trailer Head Installation

1 M10 non-metallic insert hex flange face lock nut, trailer ball head mounting plate, trailer ball head, trailer head mounting plate, M10×30 hexagon flange bolt
Installation steps: Align the trailer ball head mounting plate with the mounting hole of the trailer head mounting plate. Fix it to the trailer head mounting plate using an M10×30 hexagon flange bolt and an M10 non-metallic insert hexagon flange locking nut, then tighten them.

Windshield Installation

1 Φ32 R-type rubber riding card, M6×16 cross-slotted large flat head screw, M6 non-metallic insert hexagon lock nut, windshield, gantry frame, Φ6×16 rubber washer
1 Installation steps: Install the Φ32 R-type riding card on the gantry frame. Place the windshield on the Φ32 R-type riding card and align it with the installation hole. Place the Φ6×16 rubber washer on the windshield and align it with the mounting hole. Fix and tighten with an M6×16 cross-slotted large flat head screw and an M6 non-metallic insert hexagon lock nut. After installation, tear off the transparent film on the surface.

Spare Tire Installation

1 Installation steps: Tighten and secure the spare tire bracket assembly to the gantry frame using U-bolts and M8 non-metallic insert hexagon flange face lock nuts. Then, fix the rear wheel to the spare tire bracket assembly with an M10×25 hexagon flange bolt and an M10 non-metallic insert hexagon flange face lock nut.

Rear – view Mirror Installation

1 Rear-view mirror installation, Riding card, Longmen frame, Bolts and nuts
Installation steps: Insert the riding card into the Longmen frame, then mount the rear-view mirror on the riding card, and finally secure it with bolts and nuts. Use an S5 Allen key to install the bolts.

Rear Protective Net and Ceiling Installation

1 Installation steps: Install the canopy and rear protective net on the Longmen frame as shown in the figure. As depicted in Figure 4, the canopy and the rear protective net are installed together.
