Thank you for buying our product. Due to its media, including FM auto tuning,USB flash drive,SD card, in addition, it adopts advanced audio processing chip, the product can play smoothly. In order to give full play to the advantages of this product, please read this Manual carefully before use!

Ⅰ. Control panel

	Function	Basic operation
1	Flashing light	After power on, it flashes with the volume.
2	TF card socket	After the TF card is inserted, the music in corresponding format can be played automatically.
3	USB socket	Read USB information through USB extension cable. After the USB flash drive is inserted, the music in corresponding format can be played automatically.
4	Remote control indicator	When the remote control sends out a signal, the indicator will flash once.
5	Alarm switch/shutdown key	After power on, short press this key once to turn on the alarm (ring once), and then short press this key once to turn off the alarm (ring twice); In the state of receiving and playing, long press this key to turn off the head unit.
6	Start/pause/mode switch key	After power on, short press this key to turn on the head unit; In the state of reception and playing, long press this key for mode switch (Radio-USB-SD-BT). In the state of playing MP3, short press this key to pause playback, and then short press this key to release the pause. In the state of reception, short press this key to turn off the sound output, and then short press this key to restore the sound output.
7	Previous/ backward channel selection/volume down key	In FM state, short press this key for backward channel selection. Long press this key to decrease the volume. In USB/SD/BT state, short press this key for the previous song selection, long press this key to decrease the volume.
8	Next/forward channel selection/volume up key	In FM state, short press this key for forward channel selection. Long press this key to increase the volume. In USB/SD/BT state, short press this key for the next song selection, Long press this key to increase the volume.

Note: For the remote control, the physical product shall prevail.

Ⅱ. Bluetooth pairing

1.Pairing of mobile phone and head unit
First, turn on the head unit, and press the mode switch key to switch to BT mode. Move the mobile phone close to the head unit, turn on the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone, and then search for the Bluetooth name of the head unit (MZ-1688) through the mobile phone and connect, at the same time the head unit will emit a “dingdong” sound, indicating that Bluetooth is connected.
2. If some phones have password prompts when pairing, the initial password defaults to “0000” or”1234″.

• Diagram of installation
  1.Before installing the head unit, connect it to the power line and the spotlight line according tothe wiring diagram, and test the listening effect.
  2.The head unit can be fixed after its running effect is satisfactory

• Installation of head unit
  1.First place the mounting bracket and audio head unit according to the schematic diagram,then align the screw hole position, and finally tighten them with fixing screws.
  2.Fix the installed audio head unit on the bracket of the former Anti-roll cage of the Go-kart. AlignThemounting bracket with the screw hole of the former Anti-roll cage according to the schematic diagram, and then tighten them.
  3.Connect the power line, spotlight line, audio reception antenna, etc. to the motorcycleaccording to the wiring diagram.
  4.Do not plug into the power connector until the wiring is completed.
  5.Always ensure any exposed power lines insulated to prevent possible short circuits to theframe. Bind all power cables to avoid contact between cable terminals and any metal parts.
